Well I found this since yesterday, when I ever I try to connect to my FCS conference room using RTMPT (HTTP Tunneling). The cam video is just not appear!
But when I compared with the old version of my FCS conference room, and no problem. Then my guest is in my simpleConnect component but when I check it is not much different. And event I replace with the simpleConnect from the old conference. Still the cam video is still not appear. Could it be this is still because like technotes said that on HTTP tunneling will give impact of audio and video features performance?

Really sad when you missed the important event. Esspecially when the conference is featuring Flash Open Source presentations by the leaders of the Flash Open Source Community. Screenweaver OS, Red5 Server (OS version for Flashcomm), MTASC and more. This OFLA conference is already done at October Friday 21st.
Well the good thing is that they already record the session to make who is missing this conference still available to know what is exactly they talk and discuss about.

A fiew new things in FlashLite 2.0 which will make more powerfull then current version: Flash 7 code base with AS 2.0 supported, video playback that support by devices (typically this includes 3GPP and MPEG-4 files), parsing external XML, local persistent data (using SharedObject) and load external files such are JPEG and MP3s.

Like the promissed Flex 2 Alpha with Flash Player 8.5 and Action Script 3.0 is released the same time with Macromedia Labs lauched. Now you can download it for testing. Beside using Flash Player 8.5 and AS 3.0 techologies, Flex 2 also include : framework 2 , flex builder 2, charting component 2 and more.

While we wait the alpha version of Flash 8.5 which is from some infromation that I got, will be release by next week. Understanding about AS 3.0 syntax will help to developer.

This is the best news I heard this morning. An open source project and an alternative solution for Flash Communication Server or now named as Flash Media Server 2. Red5 is the server named.
